What nostalgia!
Nostalgia for the place and for how well we were treated last early July (it is the third non-consecutive year that we have stayed there). A family-run hotel a few steps from the sea, from the center of Marina di Campo, and near a pine forest with games for children, painted in white, light blue, and sea green... colors that I adore and that feel so much like vacation and relaxation! It is suitable for families, with some little games in the garden, but not only that! The rooms are spotless and equipped with every comfort. For two years we chose small rooms but we were still comfortable, this year a larger room with a balcony. They give away many samples for the bathroom and a special kit for the little ones. Besides the games in the outdoor area, there are comfortable sofas where you can relax and beautiful little tables for breakfast or for a cold lunch (but for the kids, pasta with white sauce, tomato sauce, or pesto is also possible). Lunch must be reserved by the morning, and the focaccia, focaccia, and salads are truly worth it! One evening they had an extraordinary fish dinner with live music... the dishes were high-quality at a more than fair price! Services: purchase of local items or some foods, agreements with good restaurants for dinner, agreements with some beaches, discount on ferries. The waitresses and all the staff were always more than kind! The breakfast deserves a special mention: varied, abundant, suitable for all palates, for vegetarians, for vegans, for health-conscious people, and others. Good prices compared to other facilities. A real gem in every way!

Nice experience
Very lovely hotel, parking included and super breakfast are the real strong points in my opinion.
Matteo is very helpful and kind with every request and piece of advice. I must admit, however, that the accommodation where we stayed, the apartment located in front of the hotel, is not the best in terms of comfort. Very small bathroom and quite uncomfortable sofa bed. I would like to be able to return and stay in one of their rooms in the hotel. Definitely a positive experience!

Extremely kind staff, always available and always with a smile, strategic location, ample parking, and an amazing breakfast with something for everyone’s taste, sweet and savory, homemade cakes, clean rooms; I recommend it.

I already miss it!!!!
I just returned from a stay of only 5 nights (unfortunately) at this property, where I stayed with my husband , my 7 year old daughter and my son of almost three that I hope has not disturbed too much!!!! The green dot is a real treat , a small structure and probably not even brand new , but as soon as you pass the white gate , all its colors and scents envelop you as in an embrace and you really felt welcomed by a family in their home ! The attention to detail has surprised me, from the herbal tea set in the corridors, from the handcrafted jewelry boards at the entrance, to the specialties of the breakfast buffet (great ) and not least to the playlist that accompanies you while drinking coffee . If you like design structures, with large spaces for your privacy to stick your head in your tablet or smartphone, this property is not for you. But if you want to feel the human warmth of a family and a whole staff that gives its best every day to make you feel like non-customer guests this small hotel is for you. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas excellent. The perfect location to go out in the evening and to reach the beach of Marina di campo. As I repeat the excellent breakfast , my son is an allergic and at my every request I was satisfied and especially when I asked for the ingredients of a dish I was listed by those who had cooked it , which in large hotels does not happen , and for those with an allergy is really very important . So I absolutely recommend it and thank all the staff again
