We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good.
Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat.
It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days.
We will book again on our next trip to Cagliari

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Don't go to this place. We arrived and the smell of varequin and smoke were so strong that they were sick. We opened the windows but the smell of dirt and smoke can not go away. It's all broken, peeling, old, obsolete BUT mostly dirty. The tub is a shame like the bathroom and in genetale the whole apartment. The carpets have stains everywhere, the couch is stained and there's even a hole in the fabric. We left this mess right away and the owner won't give the money back. SHAME ON YOU. YOU'RE A DISHONEST.

Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars.
We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after.
Communication over whatsapp was 100%. We saw reviews about the smell from the balcony, but the apartment is located where all the restaurants are so it was an oversight. Overall the place was clean and perfect for a quick trip to sardinia :)

This place was perfect and what I loved about it the most aside from the location was the jacuzzi☺️
