Definitely worth repeating.

Together with my partner we were guests of the structure in via Maddalena in Cagliari for two nights in the current month. I've toured quite a few B&Bs in Italy, but very rarely I've found such comfortable environments associated with a perfect organization with very detailed instructions on how to get to the structure, moreover repeated several times via WhatsApp. I needed to have clarifications even in the late evening and the manager's response was always prompt and comprehensive. I found the price very affordable, considering that the structure is a stone's throw from the port and the historic center of Cagliari. The manager, Mr. Andrea, was very courteous and ready to meet all my requests. We felt like we were in the hotel, so much care and attention was paid to us. We did not enjoy breakfast, having preferred to "wander" in the historic center and do it now here, now there, so I can not pass judgment on that. Extremely positive experience that we will definitely repeat. I highly recommend it.

The exterior picture is misleading, so we felt cheated. Central location between the railway and city center, but dark anonymous street. This was not a hotel, but a rental of 6-7 rooms in a corridor. Not "luxury", and no "city view". The breakfast selection was disappointing, and it was served in a small dark room without windows. The room was clean and nicely renovated inside, but no place to stay, except when you're sleeping.

Great place!

A great accommodation! The location was perfect, fresh big nice room. Nice bathroom. Smooth check-in in advance so everything was prepared when we arrived in the evening.
Breakfast typically Italian ie a little less than we are used to at home but quite ok.
I got good help when it messed up with the taxi booking to the airport.
Stay here more times!

Compact, but efficient and great location

Let's move last to first: We would recommend Eva to a person or a couple that looks for a mid-town location, from where you can walk to many of the city's attractions. What you will get is a newly renovated room, clean, efficient, everything to the latest standard and working properly. Think: Ibis Hotel. We were there 7 days and never had a bad moment. Breakfast is ok, but not elaborate. Staff is very friendly. We lost our room key one day, and they solved the problem very quickly.
But note: the room is comfortable but compact. It was not a "luxury suite". So we are giving it 3 stars in a positive way. And to repeat: if you are ok with compactness and efficiency, we DO recommend it.
PS: parking is on-street, free, but you must be lucky to find a spot.

Trip to Cagliari for specialist visits

Great location in almost central area. Piazza del Carmine also has parking for disabled people as we needed. Convenient access to the first floor by elevator although not wheelchair accessible.
Some criticism of the bed as the mattress in the center was smashed and the part towards the headboard lower than that of the feet - pillow too low almost flat
another point not favorable breakfast at 10 € / person: uncooked croissants, pre-sliced ham and cheese of low quality, only one saucer available, no table container for eggshells or other refusal with the 'inability to have the plate clean
