Great B&B, great location,clean,great owner!

Highly recommend this B&B!! What lovely nice and Service oriented owners,with top cleaning and so helpful and cute both the owner and the cleaner.
Thanks for a really lovely week in the room ”dream” with toilet / shower, good large room, you share a kitchen with fridge and freezer with the other rooms and everyone has a shelf. Centrally close to the Old Town and the port, where you have all the good restaurants.Bus to the “poetto” beach is cheap -loose ticket close in the tobacconist or on bus.
The only negative and that you have to be prepared for is that it is very responsive between the rooms!
The owners do everything to make you feel comfortable!!

Great Clean Place Close to Everything.Great Service!

It was so nice! So helpful and happy.
We had the room with toilet & shower. It is so clean and the maid is super nice and helpful with everything and fixes and changes towels if necessary,very APPRECIATED! The hostess is so nice and has a map that she fills in restaurants etc. So helpful and Service oriented.
You share a fridge and freezer with the other two rooms and it's just perfect, because you can fit a lot. You share an ugly kitchen and a barista coffee machine. Thanks for a nice week! Wish you all the best!

Everything ok apart from the waste sorting and the anti-welcome sarda.e the husband of the owner

All right, central area with related car and air traffic. Room no TV with mini bathroom. Be careful not to put paper in the multimaterial waste container because you will be insulted by the husband of the owner long and repeatedly; the maximum of 'Sardinian anti-welcome experienced after 14 times in Sardinia. Next year always in Cagliari, never again.

Best B & B in Cagliari, Sardegna, Italy

What a great end to my European vacation to be able to stay at this gorgeous Italian Bed and Breakfast. It is ideally located, right in the center of Cagliari, with easy access to public transportation, and all the nearby beautiful beaches. The place is very comfortable, beautifully designed and kept, cleaning of the apartments is available every day (upon request), and the common area for all the guests has all the amenities you would want. I was so glad that nearby there were many ancient attractions, bars and restaurants, and even a pharmacy and a supermarket a few blocks away, since I didn't rent a car this time around. Regardless to say, Sardegna is truly an undiscovered paradise, so staying at this beautiful B & B was the "icing on the cake", a little treasure that facilitated my discovery of this wonderful island. I would wholehearted recommend it to anyone.

Very nice B&B not far from the center

The host is very friendly and communicative, shared some tips on recommended restaurants. We were staying for just one night and needed a room, comfortable bed and bathroom - Majestade perfectly matched our needs.
Onsite parking lot is a big plus for those with a car (like us) and there's no charge for it.
Breakfast is an additional advantage - it's self service, the products are provided on the table and you can also use the products from the fridge.
Location is very good - just a short walk to the lower part of the old town.
Drawbacks:
- no hot dishes at breakfast
- shower is not large (but manageable - just a minor issue); washbasin also small.
Price was right and we fully recommend this accomodation.
