Excellent location and fantastic hosts

We stayed here for 4 nights and found that the location was very central perfect for visiting local restaurants, cafes and bars. The set up with breakfast is ideal as you can go at any time and choose from a selection of local pastries. The hosts were very welcoming and helped us out instantly whenever we needed it. Would definitely recommend.

Non ci andate! In 4 nights they do not redo the room!

Terribile! Non so proprio come faccia ad avere queste recensioni!
In 4nights they did not redo the room and was not marked anywhere!
Impossible to keep open the window x smells of fry coming from the restaurant downstairs.
1 mini shower foam and two mini soaps for two adults in 5 days absurd!!
Double bed formed by two singles so you created the hole in the center and they were uncomfortable.
Towels with holes.
Spiders in the room all photographed.
I also wrote a WhatsApp to the owner with these things but he never replied this shows the lack of professionalism!

Wouldn't stay there again

Recently, on different page, I gave this place 8,8/10 (described as fantastic).
Also added comment that "room looked like it was really old and because of that made an impression as not fresh".
In response, owner suggested that my opinion is not important because we spent there just one night.
Well, that is why we have portals like this, to talk about impression about visited places. Even when note is not 10 and even when it is just 1 night.
If I had known that owner doesn't have respect for his guest opinion, even short-term guest, I would never stay there. Competition in Cagliari is really big...
Unfortunately I am not able to update my opinion on the other site. Now I know that note for staff should be much lower.

Perfectly simple and inexpensive room

This place is an apartment with three individual private rooms that the owner rents as a B&B. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean in every way and the perfect thing for me for one night while en route to meet up with a tour of Sardegna. Comes with a continental breakfast (pastry, coffee) at either of two places around the corner. Very safe and secure location in the Marina district. Gracious owner, too.

3 night stay

Location is great for proximity of Restaurants-A large variety very close .
My room with a balcony over the street was very pleasant if a little noisy from street but
only to be expected . Bed was fine . Good air conditioning . Room very spacious . Bathroom fine . Breakfast was with via voucher for 2 cafes close by-Cafe Roma the better .
Have stayed before and will stay again , Proprietor was very helpful.
