A fantastic choice if staying in Bolzano. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and in a shaded outdoor area which is ideal if having an afternoon drink out of the sun. Very clean. Close to all attractions. Would highly recommend.

The willingness shown makes me less severe than I should be. Excellent location, but more honesty is needed.

Hotel in the heart of Bolzano. Very helpful staff, but that is where the positive aspects end. I had booked an apartment with air conditioning and instead I ended up with a fan blowing on me that made it impossible to sleep on the hot Bolzano night. There was only a sort of very dated air conditioner in the other room, but it was not sufficient at all, in addition to being very noisy. Fortunately, the employees changed our room, giving us a definitely enjoyable junior suite with a city view. For my parents, however, I had booked a basic double room that you should avoid like the plague, as it was dark with a contraption with an exposed tube to cool the room and with a view literally of a WALL! Borderline claustrophobic. Considering that without even breakfast, 2 rooms like this cost €820 for two nights, it is absolutely not worth it unless you choose the new rooms. Exceptional location, but otherwise more honesty would be needed at the time of the offer.

Ideally located

Family hotel ideally located at the entrance of the old town.
The rooms are spacious, air conditioning for more comfort, the breakfast is plentiful and the presence of a variety of fresh fruits is appreciated.
