Bad experience – Not recommended! SCAM
We were deeply disappointed with this booking. Due to a flight delay, we asked to postpone the check-in time, but the request was ignored and we were not allowed access to the accommodation, leaving us literally without a roof over our head when we arrived in Bologna.
Despite paying for four nights, we were not even allowed to check in the next day. No solution proposed (even with the intervention of Booking) including: paying a supplement for late check-in, the proposal to show up the next day while losing a night, there was no understanding or willingness on their part proving rigid, uncooperative and completely uninterested in our situation.
Unacceptable behavior, which turned what was supposed to be a pleasant stay into an experience to forget.
Absolutely TO AVOID.

No respect for the customer
At the end of the two-night stay the rating of the apartment is highly negative.
They were two uncomfortable nights, my partner and I have never found pillows like this in any structure where we stayed. I woke up with back pain and she was all day with stiff neck. An unspeakable situation for a structure paid almost 120 euros per night. The more or less central location cannot justify the fact that the room is not comfortable and that the pillows are of poor quality. Swelling, filthy, worn out.
The lack of wifi in 2025 is unjustifiable.
The first evening, around 8.30 pm we realized that there was no hairdryer and since there was no phone number to call in the evening we could not do anything but send an email to which we were answered the next day. Which means that we on the first day, after a day of traveling and a ride in the city, could not take a shower.
We were told it wasn't their fault but someone who took him away. Now, even if it was taken away by the previous guest, it is the property's job to verify that it is present in the room for subsequent guests.
And that is why there must be a way to contact someone even after 8 p.m., since otherwise you cannot solve such a problem in a timely manner. Personally, I have never seen an accommodation facility that totally excludes the possibility of calling someone for any emergencies. To this question we were answered "we are not a hotel". This is crazy for me since it's not the first time we've stayed in an apartment, and we've always had a number to call.
Incomprehensible then also the lack of shower gel, shampoo, soaps of all kinds, not even some disposable sachets, which we had to buy at our expense. Toilet paper barely counted, as the three rolls that were in the apartment had all already begun (!!!) That is, they put used toilet paper rolls in the room and put them there, maybe taken from other apartments of the same structure, otherwise I don't know how else to justify three rolls of toilet paper already started...
Incomprehensible the cost of storing luggage at higher prices even than a deposit in Rome, even more so when you consider that in all the accommodation facilities we attended, leaving your suitcase for a few hours has always been a free service. Here instead for a day are 10 Euros and since, usually, tourists arrive in a city on the first day of the morning and leave on the last day of the afternoon / evening, the times do not coincide with check in and check out and you are forced to add substantially 20 euros to leave your suitcase.
How does this luggage storage work? We had to go to some sort of dingy warehouse where a first and last name post-it note was affixed to the suitcase, and the suitcase itself was left like this, on one side. So it's not a particular service, with a locker, or a door, nor was there a procedure, a code... none of that. There's only one person in this dingy warehouse who puts the post it on their suitcases and leaves them on one side.
As a result of all this we felt very dissatisfied with the bad service received. Three days that were supposed to be relaxing became three days of stress. We would have liked at least an apology from the structure and we expected that, given the extra expenses incurred for soaps, shampoos, and toilet paper, there would be an attempt by the structure to come the cons of displeased guests, and who encountered objective problems during their stay and who perceived the extra 20 euros for luggage a mockery, considering that the price of the stay is not considered adequate for what were the inconveniences of the room.
Response of the structure was substantially: we do not care, your problem, the comfort of the pillows is a subjective thing, etc. ..

Worst experience ever
Bad experience. Worst one ever.
Arrival 5 minutes late from closing time (PRIOR NOTICE BY TELEPHONE) for a train delay and left on the street at 20:00 in the evening, after paying and without accommodation to stay. Staff more than rude and not at all humanly empathetic. I highly recommend everyone never to book here.

Warning: they are crooks!!
Thanks to this fantastic structure we found ourselves on Friday evening in Bologna without a place to sleep! The train was delayed and we arrived at exactly 8 am at Bologna Central Station, since check in can be done from 3 pm to 8 pm, we called them to warn of the delay of 10 minutes, they refused to wait for us and of course at the same time to refund us!! Nice customer service of the pipe! Never happened such a thing in 15 years that I use booking and airbnb that for a 10 minute contingency do not expect customers! I believe that such a structure should not exist on these platforms, change profession if you are not able to work with the public!!
