Absolutely terrible to avoid, it is not a B&B it is a low level room rental.

The license plate and intercom outside the entrance are missing, so the place is unobtainable. I took the taxi 3 times. I thought I was lost. Location not easily traceable and in a popular neighborhood with only apparently unsafe ethnic shops with a condominium door protected by cameras. 1960s building with many doors protected by iron grates and security cameras... and also the entrance door to the B&B floor protected by a camera and iron grating. sigh. Unmanned B&B, there is no one at check in. I haven't met anyone, you have to call and he remotely closes and opens doors. Staircase with smelly Chinese restaurant adjacent building entrance. There is no room where you can have breakfast and no one serves breakfast which consists of a small tray in the room with bags of products in bags (unpresentable price quality), to be eaten standing up even if there is only a table to eat it at. There is no wardrobe in the room. Low cost bedside light with broken socket. To enter you must call the manager who opens the doors remotely, who also informs me that he will provide me with the digital receipt for my stay only as a personal pleasure (sent via WhatsApp) as the issuing of the receipt would be the responsibility of Booking. Entry time agreed in Booking, 8-9pm, but no one is present. The manager informed me that he had moved the entry time to 7pm and that he considered me extremely rude!!! as he claimed to have sent me a message to which I had not responded, and informed that no message had reached me, he tells me that it is the fault of "the Booking people". He informed me by phone that my complaints (no name of the B&B on the intercom, no welcome and terrible quality/price ratio (180 euros for one person for such a place)) were unjustified and that I should have addressed them to Booking. Micro sized television.

Closed door instead of check - in. Took full price, and stopped answering messages and calls, wasted money and time

I payed for the hotel room (full price) but when we arrived it was already closed ( they asked me in booking chat about arrival time, I answered around 23:00, they said that keys will be in some chinese restaurant till 23:00 after that it closes, then they stopped answering my messages and phone calls. We were trying to call them as there was flight delay ( ~ 40 min)
So we had to look for any random free rooms in the middle of the night with a two year old kid, despite we warned the hotel about our late arrival. There was a flight delay. We simply knocked on random hotels and finally were lucky to find a free room.
There was info about check -in time till 21:00 but there was no information about night outside and closed door in case you arrive after 21:00. Common thing for hotels and airb&b is leaving the keys for self check-in in key boxes after reception is closed, which we were waiting for.
Hotel refused discussing refund and advised me to be more organised

Como podéis ver Todo es con lactosa y fructosa
he tenido que ir a desayunar fuera teniéndolo pagado en el apartamento

Потерянные деньги

Отель в день вылета спросил о времени прибытия. Когда узнали, что прилетаю в 23-35 - отказались принимать. Типа читайте наши правила мелким шрифтом при бронировании. Я оказался в час ночи (самолет еще и опоздал) на улице и вынужден был искать другой отель. Денег ни они ни букинг не вернули - "читайте мелкий шрифт". Гореть в аду таким отелям и букингам. Крайне не советую, если не хотите испортить отпуск
