Very nice

Historic building in perfect position to walk a little 'everything comfortably
Huge room with beautiful frescoes
There is everything you need

Varied and good quality breakfast
Unique, if we really want, in fact, a small fridge to be able to have fresh water would not hurt ......
It will be a reference for our future visits to the beautiful Bologna

Gorgeous old palazzo and a lovely hostess

Lovely old palazzo with fascinating interior and beautiful painted ceilings. We felt privileged to see something of the best in Italian culture. Ilaria was a charming hostess who made us feel very welcome. Delicious breakfast of wonderful baking and - a lovely touch - home made jam.

Charming

We had one night in Bologna, Illia, the owner was the consummate professional. She had impeccable communications. The setting is old world charm. The ceilings are high with lovely frescos. The furnishings are lovely revealing antiques and lovely old pieces. We really only slept there but loved our stay. Breakfast was a nice buffet that my partner enjoyed. The only concern was limited hot water. The location is convenient to all.

Wonderful old Italian charm

We stayed here for one night before starting the Via degli Dei walk to Florence as it was a great Bologna location. The building and rooms are stunning - spacious rooms, beautiful frescoed ceilings, classic decoration, interesting history.
We stayed in the Cornelia room which was huge, had a gorgeous four poster bed, and a second room with a single bed and a bathroom. Outside of the private room was a dining/drawing room for all guests and the kitchen, where a lovely continental breakfast was provided. Ilaria was a perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. The room had aircon which was very welcome in May although the thick walls do a lot to keep the place cool anyway.
We didn't have any issues with the shower, water temperature or the TV - everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

We had a beautiful two nights here. The whole place is incredibly pretty and our room was stunning. The owner was very helpful and friendly and she let us have a late checkout. Breakfast is really good. Everything is beautifully maintained and it is a calm and peaceful retreat from the city. The location couldn't be better, take a right and within minutes you're in the middle of all the bars and restaurants. We loved it.
