Suite and Spa"? No, Hovel and Arrogance. Change your trade!
If the name "Suite and Spa" makes you dream of luxury and relaxation, wake up now: here the only thing you will find is a hovel passed off as a suite / triple room and a management that to call amateur is a compliment.
Hospitality? Digestion disorder.
As soon as we arrived, after the first info on the parking, I dared to make representations on the size of the room called SUITE NATURA .
Small Spoiler in order for a room to be legitimately defined Suite, it must respect the principle of functional distinction of spaces and the two environments must be separated by a door, but it's okay let's say that despite the name is a triple for how it was sold was tiny, other than 40 square meters!
The owner's response, annoyed? “Have you eaten? No, because now I should eat.” You make your own considerations
Creative rates and DIY management:
I paid 120€ by bank transfer, but not even the slightest bit of the tax receipt (due by law!). Not only that: the owner had the nerve to ask us 20€ more per night to compensate for the cancellation of a friend whose hovel room we inherited for no reason.
Let's be clear: we are not the insurance for your lost earnings, nor are we required to pay "pizzos" for empty rooms. An illegitimate claim, arrogant and out of all commercial logic in fact we have not paid anything more.
A list of the degradation:
Ghost services: I asked endless times for info about breakfast; answers arrived after hours of silence. Maybe he was still eating?
Non-existent comfort: Dirty apartment, never changed sheets, ditto towels the same for three days then damp, broken air conditioner (also lacked batteries in the remote control, and once put those of the television cmq nothing). TV with 3 channels and an electric heater so as not to freeze to death, uncomfortable bed sank in the middle with sheets impossible to propose I hope I did not catch some skin disease.
Nightmarish bathroom: smelled of water bogged down, Shower without doors but with two Closing curtains (in 2026!), a trickle of icy water and broken and noisy drain.
Hazardous structure: Steep and narrow stairs like "St. Peter's climb", totally inaccessible to disabled people or anyone with a suitcase. "Chinese Carnival" décor in bad taste but I can't syndicate that.
Conclusion:
Running an accommodation facility does not just mean having two apartments available and inventing a trade in the morning. You either know how to do it, or forget it. Calling a dirty, noisy hole "Suite" is a mockery, but treating customers with this arrogance is the coup de grace.
Save your money and patience: go elsewhere.
