Hidden gem

Found by chance, this agriturismo is located right below the village of Arrone (a must-visit) and offers small apartments situated next to a swimming pool. Very kind owners and a plus for dinner with an excellent quality-price ratio that, in summer, is served in a beautiful meadow overlooking the village of Arrone.

It is the third time I go to this property but unlike the other times we say it was just a passage this time since I stayed there for 4 nights I can review. Structure although not brand new working tutto.Zona quiet but very close in addition to the waterfalls also to various beautiful Umbrian villages. Parking available free and beautiful swimming pool (clean) for guests. Great restaurant with fair prices and very attentive to intolerances (my wife is celiac ). Owners extremely available and always ready to meet the needs of ospiti.In conclusion thanking them for making us feel at home I can only recommend that you go there.

Nice structure but management to review

I stayed at this property in August 2024 for 4 days. The place is really nice, surrounded by a pleasant setting and with a lot of potential. The pool is nice, functional and well maintained, although very popular with children: unfortunately the normal rules of coexistence and education are not respected, and none of the staff cares to enforce them.
The apartments are well structured but would need more care and maintenance. I had been assured a daily cleaning service, but during my stay they simply made the beds: no cleaning of the bathroom nor a simple pass on the ground.
But what I found really disappointing was the handling. Some of the staff were downright rude and uncaring about respecting the guest. The welcome and friendliness, which should be the basis of hospitality, have been completely lacking.
Too bad, because with a little more attention to the care of the environment and, above all, with a more prepared and respectful staff, this property could really offer a pleasant stay experience.
