Great experience

Central hotel, we received a great welcome, helpful staff, breakfast well assorted, we found the room clean, comfortable beds... add the great value for money ..
We also asked for the possibility of postponing the check out and we were satisfied .. a great stay!

Horrible never seen anything like it

Dilapidated structure and dirty room with cobwebs near the tent. Room and bathroom from horror. Poor and low quality breakfast. Only the staff are kind and do what they can in a facility that is falling apart. Absolute disappointment I do not know how such a structure can be proposed on booking.

quiet and pleasant

very nice hotel .I did a week I had a great time all very nice especially the breakfast lady (small problem with the room solved immediately) located in a great place on the course and close to the slopes ....

DISAPPOINTING

We wanted to return after the positive experience of last year but with the new management, apart from the renovated room, we leave it alone. One night I asked for a deck of cards and the answer was "we don't have them" to my spontaneous consideration "but as last year there were" a deck of brand new Neapolitan cards popped up. Last year the common room was always full of people playing, drinking, chatting and the fireplace was always on. This year empty room, fireplace turned off and when we wanted to have an aperitif the absurdity is that we had to buy a bag of chips, because their answer, when we asked them something to nibble, was "we don't keep them if he wants me to make her a cutting board or go to the supermarket to buy them". Then the bad bar service, you can't bring three glasses all held together like Oktoberfest, where's the hygiene? there are trays and there are also teapots or herbal teapots, and don't answer that we don't have them. One evening, at 10.15pm, we were literally kicked out of the common room because the bar had to close, plus they blocked the front door without warning people outside that they were smoking. But as if by magic the next night they had prepared a table for a dinner, use the restaurant room did not and kept the bar open until 24.30
But the gem was that they were going to charge a dinner of 20 people to our room and at check out they had charged our extras and those of our friends all on a single room on the grounds "you are together you can settle down with each other" but also no, charge me mine and stop. It takes more attention to the customer, too bad because the hotel is nice and close to the slopes. I don't think he'll ever see me again.
