Rustic luxury experience
One of those places you don’t simply stay at — you experience it.
Maison Bondaz completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The beautiful historic buildings, lovingly restored with so much taste and attention to detail, create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly warm.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Aosta, yet once you enter through the doors, you feel as if you have stepped into a peaceful little world of your own.
Our room was beautiful, spotless and exceptionally comfortable. But what truly makes Maison Bondaz special is the people. The Bondaz family has created something very rare: hospitality that feels authentic, personal and heartfelt. Nothing feels forced or “hotel-like” — there is a wonderful warmth that makes you feel like a guest in someone’s beautiful home.
And then there is the breakfast… absolutely unforgettable! ❤️
Fresh local products, homemade specialities, wonderful cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruit, delicious sweet treats and those incredible homemade herbal infusions made with mountain herbs and fruits. It is not simply breakfast — it is a little culinary experience in itself.
We have stayed in many beautiful hotels over the years, but Maison Bondaz is one of those rare places that stays in your memory long after you leave.
Thank you to the entire Bondaz family for making our stay so special. We came as guests and left feeling like friends.
We would return to Aosta just to stay here again.

A very beautiful, neat room. Very well located on the main street of Aosta.

SPECTACULAR
The Bondaz family didn't disappoint us this year either, quite the opposite!!! After 3 years we returned and saw the result of the renovation work that we had seen starting: a spectacular restoration and conservation operation!!! Rooms always clean and perfect. And breakfast is always the reason why we stay here: abundant, genuine, with herbal teas and fresh juices made on the spot by them as they go to pick herbs and fruits directly at high altitude. The banana and melon-based drink with herbs was fabulous. ALWAYS worth returning to! Ah..excellent family service but a SPECIAL star to mom and dad, always in great shape and welcoming.

Perfect stay
Perfect stay! A true slice of paradise. The hosts are very welcoming, the breakfast is incredible and homemade, the rooms are charming! Everything is truly perfect!

Regenerating experience.
Good morning. I had the pleasure of staying at this splendid establishment, renovated with attention to every detail, right in the city center, managed by a united, welcoming, and wonderful family. The strong points—though perhaps it is ungenerous to identify only a couple, because it is all "a strong point"—are both the breakfast, which in addition to being delicious and substantial, is also served with passion and enthusiasm (not just saying it, really enthusiasm), and the initial welcome, which is punctual, attentive, precise, and always with a smile. I would like to add a note of merit for the cleanliness, which is impeccable. In short, without making it "too long," Maison Bondaz is not just a place to stay... it is a truly regenerating experience. Recommended to everyone. To conclude, I personally suggest that those who decide to stay there return at least a portion of the warmth and positivity that is given by all the staff at the facility, because while it is obviously paid for, in this very rare case, what you receive is undoubtedly superior to what you give. So, politeness, cleanliness, and cooperation from everyone, please.
