Perfect !
We stayed at the Metropolitan Hotel and left completely enchanted. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with heartwarming warmth, and the entire staff provided amazing care and heartfelt service throughout our stay. The meals were exceptionally well-prepared and lavish, and the hotel atmosphere is simply lovely and cozy. The location is a winner—central and within easy reach of everywhere in Tel Aviv. An incredible stay, and we are definitely coming back!

Catastrophic.
First, we waited 45 minutes because our superior room reservation was a standard one to them; then they made no effort. The pool is old and in the shade. The staff is bad and underqualified. Everything was not adapted, even the beds. I specified that we were coming as a couple; they gave me two separate beds. A real shame, I do not recommend this hotel.

Decent but no more
Excellent location , atmosphere is not very pleasant and it’s very crowded, parking is a sham, the hotel doesn’t provide free parking and it’s very limited the rooms are large but very old snd the room maintenance is soso. There was a lot of mold on the grill of the AC.
No balcony and the view from the room is the garbage right under our window.
The pool is small, and after finding that some long hair got stuck in my mouth in the pool had to get out, because I was disgusted.The dinning room is small and not very clean.
The noise level is pretty bad, in my room I heard everything that was going on in the room next to ours.

A Wonderful Experience in Tel Aviv
We had a wonderful stay at the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv from July 17 to July 19, 2026. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so pleasant. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Metropolitan Hotel Tel Aviv - Great Service, Perfect Location & A Few Things That Could Be Improved
We stayed at the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv from Thursday to Friday, and I wanted to share our experience.
First of all, the service was excellent. From the moment we arrived, Rona at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel like VIP guests. Her kindness and genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay.
There were three of us sharing a room, and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had three separate beds and two bathrooms, which made it perfect for a girls' getaway.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding a full-length mirror in the room (instead of just the on the closet) along with better lighting. After all, we're girls - we love having a good mirror and proper lighting while getting ready.
The hotel's location is fantastic - just a one-minute walk from the beach, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages.
The pool area was a bit disappointing for us. The kiosk only offered snacks, slushies, and soft drinks, with no alcoholic beverages or relaxing music to create a vacation atmosphere. In the end, we chose to spend our time at the beach instead, and it was absolutely worth it.
Breakfast was also our least favorite part of the stay. There was a good variety of food, but the dining area felt a bit chaotic, some of the pastries didn't seem fresh, and the presentation wasn't very inviting.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The outstanding service, spacious rooms, cleanliness, and unbeatable location definitely outweighed the few minor drawbacks. With just a few small improvements, this hotel could be even better. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location in Tel Aviv. ❤️
