Commioun christening party

attentive from the food to the bar service, especially the manager I cant remember his name, but im sure you will know who I am talking about.Everyone that came to the party couldnt fault anything from the food, room and staff Dj mick was great too. The toilets were spotless and lovly and warm for baby changing My daughter loved the room and said the carpet is so clean for my dress mammy (georgous big room) Guests commented on how well we wore looked after by the manager what a lovly man.The table lay out and the beautiful flower boxes centre pieces, I didnt know that came with the room I couldnt believe how beautiful and organized it was. It was like a wedding set up.
The food was amazing the room and staff were excellent well done!

Our party had two rooms rented for the night. Room on second floor was fine - clean with no issues other than a slightly challenging toilet flush. Room on third floor had issues with shower (cold water throughout), sink wouldn't drain, toilet challenges, and card reader fell off the wall.

Ben the Manager has no hospitality skills-Senior Management need to pay Attention

It’s a very good hotel but not morenthan a 2 star hotel
If you are paying 100 for night it’s a good value beyond that
You are wasting your money…/
It’s all because of NEGLIGENCE OF management
VERY BAD MANGAER
VERY BAD ROOM CONDITION
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTION STAFF ( Mr.BEN a vey bad communicator and unprofessional so called MAnager )
Many other places are much better
First time in Dublin and expect Irish Hospitality but met Manager like Ben

Horrible experience

I have never written a bad review as we have never experienced something like this before.
The management is very poor
We decided to extend our stay and we asked front desk 3 times
Even at night they told us no problem we will extend it .
But next morning at 11 am we get a call from the reception that they are fully booked and we can’t stay in the hotel .
No apologies were provided .
Would not recommend this place at all .
Ps rooms are in bad shape
The toilet flush doesn’t work
The carpets are in filthy condition
No coffee machine in the room
The front staff is super nice I believe its the management that sucks .
Plus its not 10 minutes from the Dublin centres its 1 hour total walking and tram to the centre.

The hotel was amazing! Great location to catch the LUAS into the City Centre. Staff were friendly. Did not eat in the hotel but did have a few drinks in the bar which had a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay at The Plaza, again. I did have one comment which I did not get the opportunity to speak to the hotel about and that was that there was a delivery at 6.30 am which was really noisy. I would still stay again but request a room in a didn’t part of the hotel!!!
