DO NOT BOOK HERE. IT IS DISGUSTING!
we booked two rooms, when we arrived the host said there was an issue with one of our rooms so we would have to share, therefore, my sister and I had to share a room with our 80 year old brother. The host refused to give a refund for the room that he could not provide and told us that the cost of a triple room would be equal to the cost of the two seperate rooms we had booked. I think he probably doubled booked. The carpet on the stairs is not secure, the one bathroom is shared with all bedrooms. The bathroom is basic and dirty, the kitchen is dirty, our room was dirty, the sheets were not clean and had dark hair in the sheets, I suspect the lining had not been changed and there was a small brown smudge/skid mark on the duvet. There was a dirty sink in the bedroom. The room is badly decorated and looks unfinished.
We could not stay here because it was disgusting, do not be fooled by the photos. There is no tea & coffee in the room, no toiletries, no television and no private parking. The photos of the building are of a private dwelling accross the road from this dump.

Upon arrival we went to the address placed on maps and the picture was different to the house.
We knocked on a random house and they said that they get this all the time and directed us to the house
on entering all hope was shattered from thr bad first impression . The place was still undet construction. floors undone. The place is still being done up and ot shouldn't be utilsed until this is completed.
There were stains.
They should mention that there is only one toilet.and all 5 rooms which share one bathroom. This is completely unsanitary and not to mention unclean.
There were no amenities nothing. The place was not clean so i can imagine the sheets wete not probably not even changed. Had to put our jackets over the pillows! Cold and no heating.
This property will give booking.com a really bad reputation if it stays up as people trust booking.com to offer good services which they have looked into themselves.
This should not on your website.
It lools like its being sublet, unprofessional as you cannot reach someone when you need.
Only to sleep if desperate. I would pay for someone not to even stay here. very disappointing. please remove this and inspect it. we need our money back.

Poor!
Once you enter the house hallway, there was a weird strong smell permeating in the hallway and worse in our allocated room. The kitchen area was just dirty. It just gave off the wrong impression as unclean and the communal flooring areas could be fixed too. Overall it appears it's not cared for - ran out of toilet paper, left just 2 tiny towels and
not good enough!
