What a lovely property, excellent staff, good food, nice room!

So nice to have a restaurant on site that serves excellent food all day, and so many nice staff members from servers to bartenders to front desk and room cleaners. Loved being to have a view of the cute little courtyard out our window, and everything was clean and comfy. Groceries, supplies and restaurants are very close to walk to, and we were also able to walk to the University of Limerick. Wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay

The staff are outstanding, food was amazing, general areas in the hotel are very nice, hydration station very handy. Rooms whilst dates were so clean and the fans were a big hit considering the heat. We were there for UL graduation and given the fact that it was so busy, we still felt welcome at every stage.

Not Dog Friendly for dinner – Disappointing Given the Outdoor Seating

Really disappointing experience at Kilmurry Lodge Hotel today. We drove there specifically for dinner and, despite the hotel having an outdoor seating area, we were told they are not dog friendly and couldn’t serve us outside because we had our dogs with us.
It seems bizarre in this day and age that a hotel with outdoor seating can’t accommodate customers having dinner outside with well-behaved dogs.
We ended up going to Finnegan’s just down the road instead and couldn’t have had a more different experience. We were warmly welcomed and the first thing they did was bring out bowls of water for our dogs. Such a simple gesture, but it made a huge difference.
Finnegan’s was much nicer, friendlier and far more welcoming. We know where we’ll be going in future!

Visit to Kilmurry Lodge Hotel

Had some issues, but overall the hotel was good for a stay. The restaurant however was really excellent.

Great Place & Great Staff

Two staff members at Kilmurry Lodge Hotel delivered truly exceptional service during our stay.
Their willingness to help and genuine care made a huge difference for us. I can’t thank them enough.
