A great few days and well looked after

Great location central to everything, city , train & bus station, the hotel is amazing as you wouldn't expect to find such a vast interior with lots of bars for every occasion. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and as for the food ... brilliant , great choice and plenty of it .Rooms a little outdated but so comfortable and you get a good nights sleep on the beds. Overall a lovely hotel and great value we will return.

Great location close to all attractions bars & restaurants. The staff are very good but I didn’t have much interaction with many. The rooms are comfortable with everything need.

I just stayed there over the Aug Bank Holiday w end, the hotel was busy and lively with lots of music !! I was afraid it might go on very late and be v loud, in fairness I could not hear anything from my bedroom. The staff were very welcoming, the food at breakfast was plentiful and really fresh, which is not always the case with a buffet. The pub was big enough to accommodate all and the pint of Guinness was very good. The car park was convenient and secure. It was my first time staying there but will gladly book again. Thanks.

Room was fine but all older hotels in Europe face a problem with climate change. Air conditioning was not important when they were built, but sweltering Irish weather when we visited made the room very uncomfortable. A fan was provided, but it made little difference. The basement is a fascinating study in recycling old buildings!
