Exceptional Bed & Breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at Anne Marie and Liam’s lovely bed and breakfast in Kenmare. The location is perfect, just a short and convenient walk from the town centre. Anne Marie and Liam were both incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was exceptional, beautifully presented, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast the following morning was equally wonderful with great choices and the perfect start to the day. I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Anne Marie and Liam’s B&B to anyone visiting Kenmare.

Gem of a BnB in Kenmare

I was lucky to find this place on a busy weekend in the western town of Kenmare. The communication with Anne-Marie before I arrived was excellent and my hosts were attentive and helpful throughought my stay. The rooms are spotless, large and bright and there's a decent cooked breakfast with some interesting menu options included in the room rate. I would suggest booking directly with them rather than using a booking website.

We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful 2 nights in The Twelve Oaks. Everything was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and spotless and the breakfast was superb! Nothing was too much for the hosts and they were full of very useful tips for visiting the region! The description of the B and B is exact. The area is fantastic, so many things to do and we would have been happy to stay here for many more nights!! Thanks for your great hospitality!

Nice days in Kenmare

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms and especially the bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was the best we ever got on our tour. But the warm-hearted and friendly manner of our hosts was the most impressive experience for us.

Best B&B during our Ireland trip

The Twelve Oaks was without a doubt the best B&B we stayed in during our recent trip around Ireland. The room is spacious with a nice ensuite bathroom. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is delicious with different options ranging from healthy cereals and homemade bread to sweet or hearty treats.
Furthermore the B&B is conveniently located to explore the Ring of Beara and the Ring of Kerry. On the other hand it is just a short walk away from the center of Kenmare.
But what made it really special was the hospitality of our host Anne-Marie. She and her husband know the area very well and are more than happy to share some suggestions to explore the beautiful landscape. When my friend wasn´t feeling very well one day she made sure she had everything she needed and even offered me a ride to town. Thanks to her suggestions I spend a lovely day by myself exploring what Kenmare had to offer.
I hope to return to the area soon and hope I can stay at Twelve Oaks again.
I really can´t think of anything negative to mention. There is even an outdoor sitting space for the guests. If you would really press me to name any possible improvement it would just be that some additional trays for storing in the bathroom might be helpful, maybe an additional shelf. But this is really neglectable.
