A solid hotel, clean rooms but dated
We certainly wouldn’t consider this a boutique hotel, more of a large group/coach hotel. We felt it was very dated, being very 80-90s in styling. That aside it was exceptionally clean, all decor was neat and polished. Rooms were large and we loved the window seat as this provided a comfortable additional seating area, albeit overlooking the car park.
We were upgraded to a king plus single bed giving us ample space.
The bathroom had an over bath shower combination. The shower was powerful and provided plenty of hot water. Good level of amenities in the bathroom, an iron & ironing board, hair dryer and most importantly at the moment a fan.
There was a powerful light outside our room lighting up the car park which was on all night. This meant sleeping was a challenge. We also found the mattresses very soft. Something that is an individual preference.
The car park is accessed from a narrow street and it can be ditto find spaces especially if you have bout during the day.
Staff on reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was the usual cold buffet whilst hot food could be ordered.
There is an on site traditional Irish pub which had a good atmosphere. Although we did not book a table the staff kindly fitted us in.

Exceptional
We were greeted by John at the door who was full of craic, yet so professional. We dined in a private room which was such a treat and the whole group loved the experience.
Lucia was our server for the night and she couldn't have done enough for us! From promptly taking drinks orders, answering all of our questions regarding the menu and allergies (We dined with one Coeliac and 2 lactose intolerant guests and the team could not have been more helpful in regards to this, both in the booking process and on the night itself). As a Coeliac I was so impressed by the handling of all allergens and the food was absolutely to die for!!
Service was fantastic, professional, efficient, not rushed nor too slow. Just to the highest of standards! The team on the night were an absolute credit to you.
Our experience here is a moment of the weekend that the group are still raving about, it was the perfect setting for our group of 10 and set us up well for the long night ahead!
I look forward to returning to the Dingle Benners in the future, I'll be recommending dining with you to everyone and anyone who's planning a visit to Dingle.
