Average 3star property

I am going to list the pros and cons.
Staff was very helpful and polite.
Breakfast was delicious and nice service.
Location was right in the middle of town.
Big problem for us is that there is no air conditioning!!!! and expected a bit more of elevated room. It is a three star property so it was our mistake but had a cancellation by a Vrbo and had to find a place quickly. Once we checked in, we could not get a refund for our remaining 2 nights so we completed our stay and it was hard to find availability elsewhere. It was clean and met needs but usually stay in nicer hotels.

Killarney gem

One of the best hotel experience we have had staff were so helpful including the owner and his daughter. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Killarney (breakfast was unbeatable)

Is this the best hotel in Killarney?

Everything about this hotel is excellent... our experience from check in to check out was 5 star all the way. Our room was so comfortable and spotless with a tea/coffee tray and bottled water. The bathroom was also super clean, complete with very good quality toiletries! Breakfast was beyond fabulous... with a gorgeous cold buffet and a huge range of fresh fruits. Hot cooked breakfast is table service and cooked to order... perfectly cooked poached eggs.. and my husband even had kippers! All the staff are super efficient and really friendly ... especially Laura and Alice and the hotel location couldn't be better! Though there is no hotel parking, Lewis Road car park is SO close... only a 2 min walk and great value at only 3 euro for 24 hours! Over the years we have stayed many times in Killarney .. but this was our best hotel experience ever... would highly recommend!

Fantastic home away from home!

This was a truly amazing place to stay - we were there 3 nights and enjoyed each one. The rooms are very roomy and the staff is just delightful; always working to ensure you have a great stay. The breakfast was delightful and delicious - cooked to order and a wide range of pastries, fruits and cereal and juices. Location was top notch - amazing location for everything to walk to. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we find ourselves back in Killarney.
