Yes, would stay again!

Nice lodgings. Kitchen, dining area, living room. Four bedrooms upstairs, one was small. The place was clean and cared for. UPDATED POST: Two full bathrooms. One shower in a master bedroom, a second full shower bath, another toilet downstairs. There was a washer and dryer in the kitchen, very nice for travelers or families.
We had rented several cars and parking was not an issue. Nice dinning was a short walk away. You could easily walk or drive into town. We picked up a few groceries and provided our own breakfasts. You could have cooked something if needed. I did not see a restaurant near the lodgings.
I would definitely stay again.

Lack of empathy, needless application of strict policy

At check in for a booking made with Booking.com, they asked for full payment. I explained that my credit card was inadvertently packed away in my motorcycle luggage and asked whether I could pay once I retrieved the card upon unpacking in the room. The receptionist initially said no problem but a Cerys who sat doing other things whilst people queued to check in, intervened and said no key without prior full payment. Consequently I had to search though my luggage and clothing in the foyer, highly unnecessary and most embarrassing. The hotel have all my details, zero risk of non payment, this is very poor customer service and frankly ruined my experience. WiFi is virtually non existent.

Girlie Getaway

Just back from a 2 night stay in a four bedroom house in killarney holiday village. Could not recommend enough. House was in good location and very comfortable. The ladies I dealt with were Sinead and Bernie and both were very helpful. The house was well equipped and very easy to check in and out with key in key lock. Myself and our group will definitely be back again.
