Lovely B & B

Stayed here to attend a concert in the Marquee. Great location, near restaurants and bars on Washington Street. Room spotlessly clean. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Would return again.

Anam Cara - HIGHLY Recommended

Was heading down to Castletownbere but the flight was scheduled to get into Cork at 18:30 so we decided to stay in town for one night, have a day in Cork then head west. The Anam Cara B&B, what a gem of a find , Aideen and Tim have a great place here and made us feel welcome and it was good to meet Pablo (Escobar) Its in a perfect location, just a 10 minute walk (ithat) into the city centre, good parking at the rear and a really comfy bed. Breakfast was tops and I can highly recommend the black and white pudding, gorgeous! Bought some when I got back to England (Sainsburys, Clonakilty black and white puddings).

City break

Location ideal to city centre. Ample car parking. Hosts very nice. Room very clean. Bathroom a little small but lovely. Shower etc. Bed very comfortable and that's important to us, and a lot of places bed isn't comfortable. Breakfast loads of options, full Irish was lovely. Nice alternative to hotel and not as expensive

Anam Cara...... highly recommend

Only stayed one night before heading over to Castletownbere but the Anam Cara B&B was perfect. Aideen, Tim and if course Pablo (Escobar) the were Great hosts. Perfect location, only a 10 minute walk to the city centre and parking on site which is a huge plus Nice room with a lovely comfy bed. No complaints about breakfast. The black and white pudding is amazing My partner is a proper coffee snob s when she asked for a third cup at breakfast I knew it must have been good All on all, really pleased and would recommend the Anam Cara to anyone

Good location to stay in Cork

We stayed a night at the Anam Cara with family and found the property to be lovely. The location was good and we were able to walk most places. The rooms were small and modest but they had everything we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was nice and the parking out the back was easy.
