Deliciousness

As a party of 10 we had a fantastic “Sunday lunch get together”, the ambiance, the professionalism & friendliness of the staff and by no means least the food was just fantastic. Each one of us had a most delicious meal, from steak sandwiches, fish & chips, Raman bowls, katsu curries and the best tasting prawns. Finished off with the nicest sake. Thank you Gilberts for a fantastic lunch and experience. We will definitely be back.

Avoid, non existent customer service, flavourless food.

Avoid,, flavourless food, lack of empathy by staff, poor customer service
Never before have I tasted fish with no fish flavour, dried up, obviously sitting for some time prior to serving
Lumpy mash potato
White sauce on side was Luke warm with a skin on, obviously sitting & preheated
Same for deep fried fish, no flavour
Chips were the only tasty part of our food
Customer service non existent
When I asked is sauvignon blanc served by glass, response was which which one that??
Didn't complain as we weren't asked how was our meal.
Overpriced for quality and service

Disappointed

My wife couldn't eat her Ramen noodles with chicken. The chicken was tough and the egg tasted like itvwas old ir marnated too longg. My burger was fair - gem lettuce should be crisp and it wasn’t.

Best Cobh restaurant.

Great selection of food and wine. The staff are from all over the world. Louisa from Brazil deserves a special mention for her professional manner and friendly attitude. I had beautiful tempura prawns and 5 succulent lamb cutlets in a house sauce with mash, Amazing and all at reasonable prices.
