Good hotel

Stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. Clean room, friendly staff, and great service overall. Hope the hotel keeps up this excellent service. Would love to stay again!

It deserves 4 stars, not 3!

The servise was Amazing! More than you expect from a 3star hotel. They cleaned everyday.the hosts were polite and helpful. The antmosphere is calm, clean and relaxing. And they have a smoking area which is pretty at night.also the subway is less than 100m away.

Excellent Value and Comfort at a Top 3-Star Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in October 2025. We had booked a double room, but they kindly upgraded us to a very spacious triple room, for which we’re truly grateful. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a complimentary drink, something I’ve rarely experienced in hotels in Iran.
Room 210, located on the second floor, was a large and very clean triple room with one queen-size bed and two single beds. The room was equipped with Wi-Fi, a minibar, an electric kettle with tea bags, and a safe box.
Breakfast was excellent, though the variety didn’t change much from day to day. Guests can request freshly made fried eggs or an omelet. The breakfast area was a bit small, and fresh bread usually arrived around 8 a.m.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lobby was clean and tastefully decorated with artistic touches.
The hotel’s location was perfect, right in the city center, with easy access to the Jahad Square metro station, and taxis and buses readily available nearby.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel as a top three-star option. I truly hope it continues to maintain its quality over time.

Hotel karoon

This hotel was absolutely worth it. The staff were completely professional and polite. The room was perfectly clean. It had a perfectly diverse breakfast. What stood out to me the most was the professional and polite behavior of the staff.

You get more than what you pay for

You get more than what you pay for. Compared to my experience at a 5-star hotel in Istanbul, I received a much cleaner room and far better service from the staff here. The staff are incredibly polite and kind. The hotel is small and cozy but also clean and quiet. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that. It's located in the northern part of the city, close to the center, but there’s heavy traffic in the evening. I’m not sure about the parking situation. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again.
