Nice friendly hotel

Very nice ambiance, service, with a nice internal restaurant. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. I stayed here for 4 nights. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern with local charm walking distance to sights

Modern with local style artwork. Welcome drink of coffee on the rooftop terrace overlooking city. Walking distance to Citadel and Bazaar. Mix of tv channels of BBC, Arab, Euronews, Afghan. Local breads and naan for breakfast along with western style. Did not know the room had two A/Cs which was making me sick after a while.

Review on Arg Hotel shiraz

The staff members were really friendly and helpful. We were there with our tourists for 2 nights. Rooms were cristal clean. Breakfast was wonderful, including traditional shirazian breakfast. The only issue which I had was with the laundry. I didn't mention that I'm in a rush. So I received my clothes on the checkout date, which doesn't work for me. Also, the roof garden has amazing service.

A hotel in the old part of city

My family and I spent 3 nights in this hotel.
This hotel have nice building. My sister and I shared a room and My father and my mother were in a different room. Our room was nice. But our parent’s room was a little small
The cleaning was good and the staff behavior was good and respectful. But the breakfast. At the first morning I was shocked. I think one of the main parts of scoring a hotel is how is the breakfast served. And of course this hotel had very international gusts and you can represent your country’s culture and of course your city’s culture with the food the hotel served. We didn’t had so many options and it was so simple. A good point of this hotel was 24h parking. The location is in the old part of town and you can’t see the modern Shiraz here but you are near to the “Karimkhan Arg” and “Vakil bazar” you can easily find a cap and go wherever you want
Overall it was a good moments for our family

Terrible Stay

Absolutely appalling customer service! The reception staff were utterly useless except for the lady & one other gentlemen. the one meal I had for dinner was disgusting & cold. The shower was the best thing there.
