A calm, relaxing stay
We leave the room a mess to get back to a spotless place. The staff was cooperative. The ambiance was amazing. Since giving birth i haven't slept peacefully as i did during my stay.

Room Condition Concern – Immediate Attention Required
Honestly, I regret choosing to stay at Rotana Babylon Hotel, as my experience so far has been well below my expectations.
The two rooms assigned to me have been in very poor condition. Both rooms have had a strong cigarette smell, and the TVs are not working properly with very poor and distorted picture quality. This is quite disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel that presents itself as a luxury property.

Poor service for a high price
Poor service
Incompetent reception (more than 25 minutes to get our keys).
Room very old fashioned .
Power plugin not working.
Matress uncomfortable .
To make a long story short, it’s an outdated and overpriced hotel.
