Small and minimalist hotel, yet very cozy!

I love how this hotel made me feel comfortable and relaxed—perfect for recharging my energy. The staff were very helpful, and I noticed how clean the corridors were. While the rooms themselves are quite simple, I have to say the cleanliness has improved a lot, especially after I shared some feedback with them. Great to see a team that listens and takes action!

No mirror in room is not convenient
No hook to hook pants only hangar type
Here you can order meal
They will send to you from sweet corner restaurant
They use buggy maybe
The housekeeping was helpful
But they knock my door few times
Give towel ask if need housekeeping

They are playing games want to distract guest interest
Outside on the right is a indo cuisine restsurant
On the left is gembira restaurant
On the left is harbour bay kopi shop
On the left morning bakery with meal
This hotel is before swissbell inn
Turn left then after swiss bell inn turn right
Is sweet corner restaurant zest hotel.cafe

Turn left there is massage nice lovely massuer i like

Stayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.

Location is very good, at the heart of Harbour bay down town, very near to Harbour bay ferry terminal and shopping mall. The hotel very clean.
