Comfortable anyway...

The hotel has a very crowded mall, easy access to the station and terminal. Good service, spacious rooms, beautiful and spacious swimming pool, good food. Parking loos doesn't pay. Anyway, everything is comfortable. Near the city and provincial government offices.

The bathroom shower did not work properly. The bathtub floor was cracked and unsafe ans discolored

Good price in great location. Only setback - the elevators are super slow. Otherwise a great place to stay in the heart of Surabaya

Clean and Comfortable

Clean and Comfortable, Service of Hotel Warm dan Helpfull. Special thanks to reception Mrs. Fitri, She always help me with friend.
The breakfast was Nice and Delicious food. Mostly Indonesian Menu.
The swimming pool was large dan have nice view... Thanks Hotel Tunjungan

Comfortable and Friendly

Very good, friendly service from Ms. Fitri at the reception, I stayed there for several days on my bank assignment.
Breakfast is good, swimming pool if possible has live music. Because the view is good
