Complete facilities and good food.
The atmosphere of the hotel is shady, especially in the outdoor area and the garden with many trees. There are also lots of seats to just sit down and enjoy snacks and coffee that can be ordered at the coffee shop that is open until evening and there is live music.
The rooms are clean and spacious and have a sofa bed, complete amenities and hot water.
The facilities are fully equipped and lots of games for children and also a swimming pool and a large outdoor parking area.
The service was quite friendly from the beginning, the check-in process was just we were able to check in at 4:00 p.m. Wib from the normal check-in time at 3:00 p.m. Wib maybe the atmosphere of the hotel was quite crowded yeah.. but it should be fixable in the future.
The rest of the food is delicious, we ate dinner in the rest of the buffet system, which is more affordable and offers a varied menu. Also for a satisfying breakfast ya from a fairly complete food variant.
So far it's still quite satisfied and it's likely to come back.

Poor staff

Working according to SOP is good, but SOP can be changed according to the conditions on the field/policy.
