The perfect place to stay

The most wonderful week long stay in this peaceful, serene oasis in Seminyak. The staff offer an exemplary service. My room was spotlessly clean and breakfast on the roof terrace was something I looked forward to from the minute I opened my eyes, after a blissful nights sleep in a very comfy bed. I honestly have never felt so relaxed and cared for ever before on holiday. This hotel is an absolute golden treasure. I can't wait for my return visit.

Poor service, no electricity

Relatively small, pool is tiny, entire hotel experienced a power outage on the first night leaving property without electricity, air con, wifi, etc. Completely unapologetic staff who refused to provide any estimate on when it might be resolved

Small but legendary

The hotel is small but delightful! As soon as we arrived I was scared because the entrance is tiny and not beautiful but inside it is very cute. Clean and welcoming. The staff is kind and attentive. I asked for both a hairdryer and a kettle and they satisfied me within 5 minutes. Breakfast is on the roof and is very good. The location is absolutely exceptional! Close to practically everything! Legendary quality/price ratio!

Quiet but centrally located accommodation

Wonderful stay-staff are very cheerful, helpful and went out of their way when my husband was sick-took us to a doctor on their motorbike!! Excellent housekeeping with 24hr security.Close to beach, restaurants and amenities.
Highly recommend Amerta

Great location

We slept at this hotel when we arrived in Bali, we spent 2 nights there.
Well maintained and well located hotel, with welcoming staff.
Breakfasts are offered on the hotel rooftop, and are very good.
Ideally located, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, beach.
We totally recommend this hotel!
Thanks to the Amerta team.
