Natural and authentic stay
The view is fantastic. The beach is like on a deserted island. Be careful, swimming is challenging. Unfortunately, yes, the sea washes up trash every day (produced by humans); the staff cleans regularly.
The restaurant offers varied and delicious dishes. The staff is charming and really takes great care of you.
Wonderful excursions and snorkeling at Pink Beach not far away.
A place to disconnect and rest, for lovers of nature and authentic stays.

Beautiful Location, Terrible First Impression.
It took quite some effort to get there, as the resort is very isolated and located in a remote part of Lombok. After driving for more than an hour, I was therefore extremely surprised when the security guard at the gate refused to let me enter, stating that only hotel guests were allowed in.
I clearly explained that I was a potential future guest and had specifically made the long journey to see the resort before making a booking. Despite this, it took a frustrating 15-minute discussion before I was finally allowed to enter, and only after speaking by phone with someone from reception who in fiest instance also refused. To make matters worse, they initially even wanted to charge me 100k simply to enter the property. This is an absurd way to treat potential customers.
By the way, the road from the entrance gate ( ca 300 meter) to the reception is in terrible condition and extremely difficult to drive.
After finally arriving at the reception, having a look around and drinking a Coke, I left. Unfortunately, I was not impressed at all. The location and views are certainly attractive, but in my opinion the overall quality and standard of the resort are poor. The public toilet near reception was not clean and smelled unpleasant. There also seemed to be quite a number of staff members simply hanging around without doing anything, which added to the overall impression of poor management. Maybe the lodges are fine, I don’t know of course.
My overall experience however was very disappointing. The way potential customers are treated at the entrance is completely unacceptable for a resort operating in the hospitality industry. Lombok is generally known for its friendly and welcoming hospitality, but unfortunately I experienced exactly the opposite here.
I certainly would not recommend this resort based on my experience. Management should also seriously reconsider having this particular security guard as the first point of contact for visitors and potential guests. This also implies on the guy at the reception. Their attitude showed a complete lack of understanding of hospitality and how potential customers should be treated.

Very bad experience
We travel all over the world, but we have never experienced such an absurd and unwelcoming situation with a potential customer. We had a few drinks and quickly left, never to return.

Avoid at all costs
First, the hotel beach is a real dump with a lot of wind preventing any swimming. The hotel seems abandoned and is far from everything, which makes any activity difficult. The restaurant is not good and displays exorbitant prices.
Second, we had to take the hotel driver, a suspicious person, who made us understand that he had a suspicious plan to go to Europe to conduct shady business... We did not feel safe. Furthermore, he abandoned us on a beach with no way to return except for the locals who brought us back to the hotel by motorcycle.
Third, the room did not look like the photos on the Booking.com site; in fact, they showed other rooms, which misled us commercially. Presence of lizards in the room. Monkeys come to steal belongings on the terrace.

Here are some observations which would have made the stay more memorable.
We arrived around 3 pm and were informed that the Restaurant opened for Dinner at 7:30 pm but nothing is open until then??
On the Website it promotes "local" produce, I didn't see that on the menu nor did the staff know where the produce came from.
Why do you have Italian etc dishes on the menu in a Off the Grid Beach Camp resort in East Lombok.
Remember this is a Beach Camp with Service. On the day of checking out there was no offer of picking up our luggage from the Accomodation, you are walking on sand, whilst reaching the "Front Office" hut 5 guy's were sitting on the steps?????
The absolutely beautiful beach was covered with washed up garbage and the two beach cleaners were not very active too get it cleaned.
Would I go back, YES!!
Give me one week and I can make this place into a memorable place where people will come back again and again.
