Disappointing stay
Despite arriving at around 9:00 pm, I still had to wait 10–15 minutes to check in, which wasn't a great start after a day of travel.
Breakfast ends at 9:30 am, which already feels quite early for a resort where guests are on holiday. We arrived at 10:15 am and were still served the exact same breakfast buffet, but were charged an additional IDR 200,000 per person, even though breakfast was included with our room. Charging the full breakfast price for being just 45 minutes late, while serving the same food, felt unnecessarily rigid and poor customer service. In most hotels, 10:15 am isn't considered unusually late for breakfast.
On arrival, no one offered to assist us with our luggage while we were checking in. Helping guests with their bags is a basic hospitality standard that I would expect from a resort.
Overall, the service fell well below expectations and the stay didn't feel relaxing or welcoming. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like the vacation experience we were hoping for.

Check in was 3 not 2 as on confirmation. Receptionists were dismissive and unhelpful, breakfast was of poor quality and lacking in choice, fresh coffee had to be paid for at breakfast it was not included as told at check in.
The hot tub was filthy and unusable, the large swimming pool had exposed wires in it and the smaller one had chairs floating in it and was full of sand and debris.The resort in general was dirty, tired and had rubbish everywhere.
Room service food was constantly over an hour late and stone cold when arrived. We ended up leaving a day early and would have left the day after arrival if I could have booked our next hotel earlier!!!

So-so
~The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. However, the TV was too old, and every channel had static.
~The restaurant opening hours were inconvenient. As a resort hotel, breakfast was only served until 9:30 AM, and the restaurant closed at 2 PM. Dinner was only available at the lobby bar (which wasn't suitable for a proper meal). The other restaurant, Kelong Seafood Restaurant, was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The buffet breakfast looks cheap.
~The pool bar was closed, need to order drinks from the lobby bar which was very inconvenient.
~ Guest was smoking in the infinity pool (see attached photo)
~ Rooms condition: 7/10
~ Breakfast Quality: 3/10
~ Food & Beverage Service and Operations: 1/10
~ Gym: 1/10 (Very limited old equipments, some was out of order)
~ Restaurant Menu: 3/10 (Kelong seafood restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday, so I didn't have a chance to try)
~ Environment: 5/10
~ Swimming Pool: 4/10
~ Staff Attitude: 7/10
~ Jetty Transfer: 10/10
If you don’t mind about the hotel’s F&B and Gym, other are quite fine. Worth visit during LOW season. During high season, the check-in is a nightmare, breakfast is a mess.
