Very nice accommodation

We were here for 5 days. The orange houses in the beautiful tropical garden with the beautiful pool and sea are really lovely from the location. There are also within walking distance other restaurants, but about 1.5 - 2 km far is the center of Senggigi, with many restaurant, massage parlors, shops. Definitely worth renting a scooter. The room was clean and nicely decorated, a bit old. The Persnal is super sweet. Breakfast was disappointment at first to choose from card, but in the end you could vary everything or changes were also made as desired. I can't eat eggs or pancakes for weeks...it's not mine. The fruit was pretty tasteless. The pool is so nice (some cold water), but if you stay by the pool, you have no rest, per minute come more and more sovereign sellers who are very hard-nosed....Overall a very great accommodation.

Miss this one.

Too far from anything interesting. Surrounded by broken abandoned buildings and lots of rubbish. Poor upkeep of gardens and pathways. Completely outdated photos on promo sites. Volcanic sand beach - brown and black. Worn out pool furniture and just really basic all round. Cheap for a reason.

Think about it twice before booking this hotel

Unfortunately, our boats from Bali to Gili and Lombok were canceled because all ferry boats were canceled due to the weather. No boat for one day, at least, nothing sure for the other days they said. Hundreds of tourists were in the same situation.
We booked an hotel on Gili and sunsethouse Lombok and couldn't make the trip.
We asked kindly the refund regarding the situation :
The Sunsethouse-lombok refuses to refund when the other hotel accepted.
Think about it twice before to book Sunsethouse-lombok hotel.

Pros:
Good spacious room with big balcony
Mattress and pillow were comfy
Nice big pool
Directly at the beach, with a nice garden
No many choices for breakfast but was good and enough
HBO movies( nice for rainy days?
Cons:
Slow internet, mobile network is much faster
Almost no water pressure in the shower
Hotel is next to the main road, so can be noisy if you’re a light sleeper
