Peaceful place with exceptional sunsets

The best place in any jelenga.
Ultra peaceful hotel, deckchair on the beach water at our feet yet close to the main street
ZIDANE, IMAM, RIJAL and ADI are very caring they are extremely kind

Terrible owner experience

This property is under construction, including the kitchen. They have a full menu available however, we’re very unwilling to provide any of these meals. The owner/manager.of this lodge was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She talked down to all of her staff and had constant meetings in the only communal area of this accommodation. This went on all day, afternoon and into the evening. I witnessed her having verbal arguments with other guests who were eventually refunded partially. Her staff are scared of her and although this is a superb location, I would highly suggest not staying there because of her. I’d also like to add that the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and some of them are broken and the other Guest had requested to move because of this.

Wouldn’t recommend for the asking price.

Pros: location
Cons: Bathroom smelled of sewerage, water constantly ran out, menu options, execution of menu, room really run down and misrepresented in photos, over priced, wifi barely works, 10k to refill your water bottle.

Be careful not to pay for your stay in advance

I can’t say what the hotel is like as we finally change our plans for our family trip.
Only what I can tell you is never to book through their payment link that they communicate through whatsapp.
I’ve been asking them for the refund for 15 days, I had a reply after a week that I just had to send an email to the given email addresses. Which I did directly.
No replies by email,
And also no one weirdly answers anymore with whatsapp ...
Wait until you arrive to pay or if you go via booking take with the option refund.
I am very unhappy with the customer service!
And I still hope for repayment ...
