Hotel for a strategic and comfortable school holiday
Staycation here makes my child not want to go home, there are kids corner with various toys, can feed rabbit too, automatically make kids happy, the facilities are also complete, there is a gym and swimming pool, as well as a spa that is ready for our manjain, I stay in the type of suite room, the room is wide, clean, and comfortable, there is a living room with a sofa and a table to eat, a wide walking closed, bathroom with a bath and complete amenities, until the bedroom is comfortable and coffee machine, the school holiday children are really happy, plus a strategic location, close to the road tol Jakarta-merak, living world, Jakarta premium outlet etc.

Less employee bad service
Very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Even for a simple welcome drink, I had to wait almost 30 minutes without any clear explanation. It is unbelievable that such a large hotel seemed to have only one staff member handling many guests at the same time, making everything slow and unorganized.
The overall stay felt uncomfortable because the service was clearly not prepared to handle guests properly. Management seriously needs to add more staff and improve the service system so guests do not have to wait that long for something so simple. The building and location may be good, but the service quality definitely needs major improvement.

Comfortable.
It's fun. Kids' corner is complete, pool facilities with beautiful views as there is on the rooftop and his fitness is complete. Not to forget for his service was also very good and friendly from the time of check in to check out.
