Clean and nice budget Hotel

We stayed at M Hotel on August 2015 for 3 nights stay. It was my first visit in Lombok with family and friends. Clean Hotel with friendly staff. We felt comfortable stay in Hotel after our long day trip for spiritual journey. The location just in middle of city, so easy for us to find restaurant and some souvenir.
Thank you for the hospitality and we'll be back on our next vacation in Lombok :)

My 2nd visit

Stayed here for only 2nights but this hotel never dissapoint me. Their cleanliness, their staff and also their hospitality is always make me want to come back again.
Their room is quite spacious, their tv channel is quite various. The best part of this hotel is their cleanliness!!! The bed sheets, the bathroom, the hallway always clean. I think they are the best budget hotel in lombok for cleanliness(hahaha)

Central location

Hotel is conveniently located in centre of mataram. Building is quite new. Room is clean but smells a bit of cigarette smoke. As with many other lombok hotels, there is no wifi signal in the room. Overall it is good value for money.

Clean and Modern

The hotel is very well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great water pressure. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the location. If you are in Lombok as a tourist this hotel is right in the middle of the city and is mostly shops and banks. Not a very authentic Indo experience. I do business in Mataram occasionally so I will definitely be staying there again.

Simple room with minimal facilities. Room cleaning service is up to the mark. Breakfast is good, but they seem to run out of things very easily.
Location is ok, not many eateries nearby, mostly shacks selling ayam bakar/ taliwang. They said in the hotel that they don't serve dinner or lunch at all.
The receptionists require training in English, they seem very confused.
One of the receptionists was very confused about the amount we had to pay for our stay, although we showed her the exact amount on booking.com.
The face massage I did there was nothing exceptional, they say it's 60 mins but it only lasted for 40 mins.
The wifi in our room was very slow.
