Don't want to stay in this hotel anymore, 100% off.

I have been subscribing to the Purnama Hotel for 10 years and almost every year I celebrate New Year at this hotel. But what was my experience at this hotel? The condition of the room is very staggering. The sounds from outside were very loud, even in the middle of the night. The toilet condition was damaged so it was disgusting. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, so it smells mercy. The quality of food from year to year is decreasing, until the food that is delicious for me is just a spoon, the rest is not delicious or just normal. Imagine, renting a room for a New Year's event that costs millions a night, the best food for me is just a kettle? Even my son, who usually likes sushi, doesn't want to indulge in the sushi provided because the shape itself doesn't invite taste at all. New Year's party was so ugly that in the last two times I stayed at this hotel, I preferred to stay in my room. And the service is very invaluable to us who have been clients for 10 years. There's been no improvement since Covid, which is a quality decline.
Remember, this is a review made by a hotel guest who has been a customer for 10 years, not just staying at this hotel once, so I experienced for myself how consistently the quality of this hotel declined. That's why I decided that this year is the last year I spent in this hotel and I will not return to this hotel!!!

Great hotel, indoor spa unkempt!

The, somewhat older, hotel is fine. Beautiful landscaped garden. We had a room on the ground floor with seating in front of the room. Food was good. However, a lot of noise from the surrounding mosque.
A MIN point I found the indoor Spa KenDedes. I had discussed massages for 2 days. The first time it was quiet. Although the salon looked messy, the massage was otherwise ok.
The next day discussed some massages again. On that day it was clearly busier. It was restless, before my treatments I had already been in four different places waiting for my turn. Lots of talk and consultation and several employees who 'treated' me. There was no feeling of relaxed massage. When I had to wait for a free seat for my back massage, I noticed that the same washcloth was used for everyone to rub the massage oil off the back. Gee, how unhygienic!!! The washcloth was rinsed out in the interim. The nail brush was also used several times.
The decor was cluttered, unkempt and there were holes and dust on the seat back. I doubt if shin towels were used for every customer
Because of everything I saw happening around me while waiting, I didn't feel good about this treatment. I would definitely recommend this Spa.
I would not recommend this Spa.

Very good hotel, very comfortable staying here. The facilities are also complete. I stayed here with my family. My children were very happy to be taken to this hotel. Next time I will come again

We booked a deluxe room and it was unforgettable moment i had with family, thx to the hotel employees whe were so kind and friendly, and i would 10000000% recommend this hotel to everyone as it has a beautiful garden, view and atmosphere. Go feel it yourself!
