Horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE

The experience was horrible. Avoid this at all cost. The rooms are filthy. The comfort room is hideous. The curtains were never washed. The bedsheets were very dirty snd had to ask for the staff to change it. We asked to change the room but our room was the decent one. There were insects and lizards in our room. The tv, lampshade and our bed was broken. The staff are very unpleasant. This was one of the worst hotels or resort I have ever been in. Not worth the money. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Average at best

Mixed bag here.
Only stayed for one night. Breakfast was slow. Room average. No safe. If you have noisy neighbours you will hear them as the bathroom roofs are open.
Good points - the pool was nice for a morning dip. Lots of shops etc around it. Their restaurant isn’t bad value. Aircon.
Probably wouldn’t return

A place not to go

No hot shower . They promise to fix it .. but not
People not kind ..
Hopefully it was for one day
The manager is not customer oriented actually
And finally to be close to the harbour is not the best idea

Disappointed

while the beds were decently comfortable, they had ac, and it was in a great location, the rest of the stay was completely unenjoyable. when i first arrived i checked the bathroom. there were spiderwebs in the corners and many dead bugs on the ledge in the shower and along the shelf by the sink. okay, understandable, this isn’t a western country you just have to expect some of those things. later that evening, my friends and i wanted to get a taxi and they were no help at all. the next morning i was woken up before 6 by multiple screeching roosters (i understand this is out of their control, but it is an inconvenience). when we arrived back after our day, while making her bed, a girl i was traveling with found a spot on her unused blanket that looked like sexual fluid. the staff collected it without providing her a replacement. that night i heard the water continuously running and my friends, in different rooms, did as well. the next morning i turned the sink off and the water-spiquet came off and the water continuously sprouted out. initially i ran out to the front desk and reported the problem then returned to the room to try to minimize the mess. i stood, getting completely drenched, for 5 minutes before the problem was addressed by the staff. the plumbing in nusa penida is a bit faulty so all the blame can not be placed on the staff, but when i asked for the refund for one night on only one room (we booked three rooms for two nights) they were extremely difficult. they refused any refund until i asked to speak with their manager. they offered about 2 usd and in attempt i accepted and walked away. i was reproached but one of the staff member who tried to explain to me why i was in the wrong, so i asked to speak to their manager again. while i never spoke to the manager i was refunded almost half of what i paid. in the end the situation did work itself out, but it was extremely difficult and ,overall, the staff was not helpful.

Bad bad bad!!!

On the arrival day the staff told us to wait for 2 hours as the room was cleaned and prepared. (Check in at 2pm) and there was a big empty beer bottle lay down in front of our room. None of the staff bothered to pick it up for 3 days.
During our stay for 4 nights, not a single day our room was cleaned. They even do not have a hairdryer.
And every day at 6 o’clock the prayer from the Temple behind the hotel was so loud ( if you’re not a light sleeper good for you)
The staffs were lazy.
A small shelve in the bathroom could be nice, as there’s no place at all to put your toiletries.
Breakfast was so so.
And one more thing, They burn the garbage (mostly plastics) in the corner of the hotel and it was really disturbing. I wanna sit by the pool and enjoy the fresh air, instead I was suffocated by the smoke from the garbage they burn and my eyes were sore. The only good thing about this hotel is, it’s cheap. But I will not recommend to stay in this hotel at all. And I will never come back and stay with them ever again.
