Beautiful hotel

Amazing suite it’s enormous. The hotel is beautiful but for us the location was not right it was not near to anything but the staff are very nice and the food in the lounge for breakfast was perfect.

Absolutely incredible - better than I have ever experienced

My family took my sister and I to Bali for the first time because they couldn't wait to share the experience with us. There's no doubt why they keep returning! The place is beyond beautiful, with absolutely everything imaginationable catered for, whether it was relaxing at the beach, sitting in the cabana by one of the numerous pools, the spa surrounded by immaculate gardens, or eating the most delicious & diverse foods and cocktails. The rooms were perfect and well considered, if I could have packed my mattress I would have (talk about comfy!). But the most special part of the holiday, was the staff. Especially Ika who went above and beyond to know my sister and I, she was so considerate of us and preemted what ever we might need. Then there was Vrisna who had my family in stitches laughing during afternoon tea. I will absolutely be coming back.

Exceptional Family Holiday – Outstanding Service and Allergy Care

We had an amazing family holiday at The Mulia and it absolutely lived up to the reputation. The resort is stunning, with beautiful grounds, fantastic pools, spacious rooms and exceptional facilities. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've had, and the overall standard of food throughout the resort was excellent.
What really made our stay stand out was the service. Every staff member was genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
A special thank you to the chefs and restaurant teams for the incredible care they took with our daughter, who has coeliac disease as well as dairy and tree nut allergies. Travelling with multiple food allergies can be stressful, but they made us feel completely at ease. They carefully checked ingredients, explained what was safe, and prepared her meals with great attention to detail. We felt confident at every meal, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday.
Our kids also had a fantastic time with all the family-friendly activities, making it a great destination for families while still feeling like a true luxury resort.
Thank you to everyone at The Mulia for such a memorable stay. We left with wonderful family memories and will definitely be back.

Our stay at The Mulia was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The highlight of our stay was the incredible service. The kindness, warmth, and professionalism of the staff shone through in everything they did, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our holiday special.
The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, excellent dining, and a relaxing atmosphere, but it was the people who made the experience truly unforgettable. Their genuine care and attention to detail set The Mulia apart from any other resort we’ve stayed at.
Thank you to everyone at The Mulia for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this amazing resort to anyone visiting Bali.

5 star from start to finish

The most exquisite hotel from start to finish on the beachfront in Nusa Dua. The suites are exceptional. Everything you could possibly want! Incredible value with special extras like afternoon tea included for guests of the suites and villas. A range of pools - including a kids’ waterslide pool! Kids loved kids club, we loved the facilities and staff, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Mulia team!
