Excellent location and stay.

We are group of 15 office staffs booked 2suite rooms for our stay. Their 2bhk suite was big enough to accommodate us. They have hall, kitchen, balcony and veranda area. The complimentary breakfast was hot and served with water bottles. Their WiFi and room service was prompt and all of us was satisfied with the stay. We're strongly recommend this place to our friends.

Two-bedroom apartment

Base Inn is a converted two-bedroom apartment that has been converted into hotel rooms. There was a nice balcony in the two-bedroom flat, as well as a hall with a television, a kitchen, and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the bed linen had stain stains on them, so I asked the staff to change them for me, but the replacements also contained stain marks on them. Maintenance of walls, bathrooms, mirrors, and other surfaces of the home is important. In the kitchen, there are water bottles, a kettle, and tea cups that can be found. However, the tea cups are broken. Rooms in this hotel do not have cupboards or even tables to store any belongings. It is a pleasant place to stay, and parking is available as well. There is a limited complimentary breakfast that they provide by purchasing it from outside and arranging it nicely on a plate since they do not have a restaurant on the premises.

PATHETIC, FRAUD, UNHYGIENIC

First of all this is not a Hotel, it's a Appartment used as a hotel. We booked this so called hotel for 4 nights, but ended up staying only for one night. Rooms are too small yo accommodate a family. You'll get room will full of mosquitos and they don't have any mosquito Repellent to avoid that situation. Last but not least, DON'T HAVE BREAKFAST IN THIS APARTMENT.Very unhygienic food serving. They get food from outside and serve the parking lot with unwashed hands. Pls chk my pics.
When manager of this hotel, Gopal saw me clicking pictures of thus breakfast, he got angry to see that he was getting exposed.
I would recommend everyone who's reading this post not to choose this as your stay.

Trying to be in the hospitality business

Pros
1. New hotel / guesthouse . By virtue of that, clean
2. Extremely positive front manager - Gopal. Always on his toes to help people
Cons
1. Extremely frugal in all fronts - no side tables for beds, stained bed sheets, no toiletries, no cable paid channels, plastic chairs, cheap curtains
2. Our bad luck - AC wasn’t working. Gopal took the effort of shifting us to a different room
3. While showering, water runs out
4. Lift serves only one side of the guest house. The other side, folks are expected to walk up 2 floors
5. The location is not the greatest - middle of no where and the parking is designed badly
There is nothing called luxury - as the tag line says.
But yes - as I mentioned, Gopal is the only ray of sunshine in an otherwise dark stay. Better options in the city for the same rate.
