1) Geyser not at all working, wasted 2 hrs each day.
2) Asked for towel after check in, that came 2 hrs later after multiple calls.
3) Housekeeping and customer service also too bad.
4) too dirty blankets.

Avoid Hotel Sarin Inn-Heritage at all costs
I recently had the most appalling experience at Hotel Sarin Inn-Heritage Varanasi during my trip to of kashi and Varanasi. I booked a room through an online application (OYO), full of excitement to explore the beautiful city. However, the reality of this hotel was far from what I expected.
The first shock came when I arrived at the hotel for check-in. Despite accepting bookings from multiple online platforms, the hotel staff denied having any record of my reservation. They claimed that all the rooms I booked were sold out and the only option available was a premium super deluxe room at an exorbitant rate. It was evident that they were either overbooking their rooms or engaging in deceptive practices to extort more money from unsuspecting guests.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff unapologetically demanded an additional 2000 Indian rupees for the "super deluxe" room that I never intended to book. This act of dishonesty left me feeling cheated and exploited. Such blatant attempts to scam customers are completely unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of Indian hospitality.
As if the initial deception wasn't enough, Hotel Sarin Inn-Heritage Varanasi
managed to surpass my expectations of disappointment. At the time of check-out, they added a slew of extra charges, including a staggering 25% GST on total of the booking amount. It felt like a calculated move to squeeze more money out of their guests, and it left a bitter taste in my mouth.
I urge everyone planning a visit to the area to steer clear of this unscrupulous establishment. The management and staff at Hotel Sarin Inn-Heritage clearly have no regard for the well-being of their guests and are only interested in making a quick buck through deceitful practices. Such experiences can leave a lasting negative impression of a country, and it is disheartening to witness such dishonesty tarnishing the reputation of India's hospitality industry.
So, avoid Hotel Sarin Inn-Heritage at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable and honest accommodations in the area that genuinely value their guests and provide a pleasant stay. This hotel's actions are a disservice to the beauty of India and its warm hospitality, and they should be held accountable for their unscrupulous behavior.

The review you have wrongly put is not for this property. Request you to kindly check. We work hard towards our guests and their stay and this could mislead our brand incorrectly. We are at Sigra location and not Cantonment. The property which u probably are talking about is Banana boutique managed by someone else which earlier used to be called as Sarin Inn.. boutique hotel.
