Extra ordinary services.

We hired 41 rooms. We hired this rooms for attending marriage at Vadodara. The way all staff attend each & everyone, hates off to them. Staff are well educated, most co-operative last but not least most humble & polite. We are most impressed with Mr. Prinay from reception desk. He is very co-operative & always ready to serve us better.Rooms are so nice with neat & clean.

Service need too much improvement.

Maintenance and service not meeting expectations. In shower area the water was not draining took shower by standing in stagnant dirty water. Few lights are not working. Check out procedure is very slow. A cleaning and scrap collection trolley was parked near room door all the time during my 2 days stay.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR JOB

Don't come here for any job; the General Manager here has no manners. He even has a problem with people using the washroom, saying that his staff can't use the guest washroom because they are in the GSA (Guest Service Associate) position, so they can't use that washroom, but other HODs (Heads of Department) and female staff can. I don't know who appointed him as the General Manager with such a narrow-minded attitude.
Recently, an F&B staff member was unfortunately injured and the chef sir took him to a private hospital which was nearby because in case of emergency, everyone goes to the nearby hospital. When they came back and the bill was around Rs. 2500, the manager did not pay it and asked the staff why they took him to a private hospital. You already have a debt of money in ESIC because of that. If anything, you have been told by the hospital also that you have to go there. Now, when these people do not respect their employees, then what can we expect from them? They did not even realize that my staff is injured. They only see that there is nothing from our side

Good

The hotel was very good. The room was amazing—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were also very good, supportive, and cooperative. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Try the Indian and South Indian food the hotel chefs are very cooperative and customize food for guests as per their request.
