Wonderful And Awesome Hotel , Godwin Haridwar

Awesome and beautiful hotel with well trained staff and nice ambience. The location is very close to Har ki paudi. All the staff members are very cooperative and soft spoken.The front office team Anita Chhetri, Shetti, Shivam , Prince, cheetal are very soft spoken and helpful. The food is very very tasty and a variety of options are available for kids also and Me Vishal is very cooperative.The rooms are very spacious and hygiene is up to the mark. The pool area is very beautiful. Everything is awesome inside the hotel. Safety measures are all up to the mark. Mr Himanshu Tyagi , Manager, Godwin Hotel Haridwar is very cooperative. General Manager, Godwin group of hotels Mr Tilak Sharma ji is always very supportive.Wonderful experience as always

Great Place to Unwind

We had a great stay at Hotel Godwin. The entire staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping and the security) treated us and other guests with great hospitality and cooperation. The room was well allotted, peaceful, spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean and a good level of hygiene was maintained. The housekeeping team was very responsive. They have an in-house restaurant - Golden Mushroom and I must say the food offered here was simply great. The restaurant staff was amazing who always served freshly cooked and great quality of food with a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Mr. Ashutosh Sharma, Mr. Vishal and Mr.Anuj Upadhayay for prompt service. The hotel also has in-house shopping outlet for women's dress and jwellery which have some good collection at reasonable price range. The pool was clean and safe though we didn't use it due to cold weather. The location of this hotel in Haridwar - Rishikesh highway hence it is a bit distant from Har ki Pauri but autos are available at a minimal cost of ₹20-30 per person and it's about 2.5hrs away from Devprayag . Overall our stay was awesome.

Booked the hotel with a good expectation to at least provide mentioned in hotel details and there are plenty which I can give as review.
Staff didnt know what does "accessible rooms " mean and I booked for one though it wasnt setup with required stuff.
I booked two family rooms and there was missing fridge from one room.
They had high tea in evening and it was a mess, total 15 chairs to sit and more than 100 guest at one time, it was a long queue and they were not able to serve more than once after waiting for 30 mins in queue.
Restaurant denied to service the dinner in room as they were planning to sell buffet.
The guests who did not opt for breakfast and decided to take that on the spot, staff had no etiquette when to ask how to ask, rather checking 1:1, waiting for breakfast to finish, they interrupted everyone and made embarrass.

Is a clean and peaceful property located on the highway. It's close to prominent places like har ki pauri, mansa devi nd chandi temple.

My wife and I stayed one night. Hotel has very good ambience. Room is comfortable and clean. Service by Anita was exceptional. Recommended hotel.
