One of the most fun hostel experiences I’ve had in India!

Moustache Udaipur had exactly the atmosphere I was looking for — lively, social and genuinely fun. There was always something happening: live music, movie nights, karaoke nights, and organised tours to hidden spots around Udaipur. It made it incredibly easy to meet other travellers and actually enjoy the hostel experience rather than just having somewhere to sleep.
A huge shoutout to Ayush, the Community Manager. Solid guy, extremely welcoming, and genuinely makes an effort to bring people together and make sure everyone is having a good time.
Devang at the front office was another absolute bro. Super friendly and even took the time to show me a hidden ghat that I probably would never have discovered on my own. Those little personal experiences are what make travelling memorable.
And a very special thank you to Govind from the café. The café had already closed, but he went completely out of his way to arrange a meal for me on the rooftop with the beautiful Udaipur views. He actually stayed back just to make sure everything was sorted. I genuinely appreciated that level of hospitality.
The property itself is great, but the people and the community are what made Moustache Udaipur special for me.
If you're a solo traveller looking to meet people, have fun and experience more than just the usual tourist spots in Udaipur, this is definitely a hostel I'd recommend.

Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality

The stay was really comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall service was very good. Everything was well managed and we had a great experience. Definitely a place I would recommend to others!

Very Nice stay overall

We took the room with the bath tub. It was a very cozy and clean room. I had to work from the hostel and there was some issue with the wifi but otherwise the stay was amazing. Even the roof top cafe and breakfast was really nice.
The service was also good very friendly staff. Location wise it was in mid of the old udaipur and just beside the pichola lake which made it easier to explore the ghats and cafes around.

Would never recommend, entitled staff, will do fake promises just to get the booking… they promised for an AC room even though No AC room was available, mid stay they asked to change the room, no ventilation, rooms on the 4th floor with no lift
