Experience the ethnicity of Udaipur at Lake Pichola hotel
The location of the place is prime, everything around is pretty much at the walking distance. The vibe of the place is very ethnic and original. We felt very close to the culture and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food at Upre restaurant was amazing. The cleanliness of rooms and service was extremely good. It is definitely a value for money place

Good Hotel but don’t expect great hospitality and food quality
The location is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short because the two most important ingredients of hospitality — food and service — were disappointing.
This was my first bad experience, and unfortunately, there were multiple instances that made it frustrating:
* Ordered tea to the room — almost 30 minutes to arrive.
* Requested the bill after lunch — another 30 minutes.
* Appetisers arrived almost 1.5 hours later, after the main course.
* Service at certain points felt extremely slow and uncoordinated.
What was more disappointing was the attitude of a few members of the team. Not everyone, of course, but some staff members — particularly the chef at the breakfast egg counter and a few servers — came across as having an unnecessary attitude/ego, which really doesn’t fit with the essence of hospitality.
That said, I did raise my concerns with the management, and I must appreciate that the team eventually took the feedback positively and made an effort to improve the experience. The last part of our stay was considerably better, and I appreciate the management for listening and addressing the concerns.
The property itself has everything required to deliver a fantastic luxury experience. The location, ambience and rooms are genuinely impressive. But great hospitality is not just about the property — it is about people, food, responsiveness and service.
Hopefully, the management takes this feedback constructively, because with better training, coordination and service attitude, this property could be exceptional.

Terrible experience and non courteous staff
The only good thing is the location. We booked a deluxe room and I had put in a request for a cot for our 4 month old baby while I made the booking via ixigo. I also rang the property before I reached and they said they will be able to provide the cot. On arrival, they said no such requests were made by us. We booked it for 3 nights and requested for an upgrade to suite after our first night since deluxe room wasn’t enough for us without a cot which they refused after arrival and didn’t let us know when we booked. We agreed to pay the differential amount for our remaining two nights as we upgraded. Few hours after we moved to the suite, they started construction right on top of our suite. There was constant drilling leaving our room vibrating. On request, this was stopped but started again the next day and we were told that they won’t stop it. We can downgrade our room back to deluxe room as they didn’t have another suite available. It was a terrible experience and we had to move out for 1 night to a different property. The staff is rude and has absolutely no consideration for their guests. We had to pack all our stuff and move out with the baby. Please don’t book them.

Totally waist of time n money not at all recommended
We stayed at this lake pichola hotel last week with family and paid good amount but in return we had very bad experience like hotel service and hotel maintanence is very poor n downgraded and food quality is also very low. The hotel owner Mr.Chandrabhan Singh is not at all bothered and he doesn't look after anything properly he is dumb, idiot and careless person and so the hotel staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The only good thing is the lake view and rest is all downgraded not at all recommended.

Excellent
If its about royal luxury of Rajasthan this is the place what a beauty it have and great vibes. We were here only for a night and experience a great welcome and hospitality, management were super helpful and friendly. Accommodation has a great view from the room and unique facilities like seven star. We loved to come back.
