Not good service , rooms are not clear , web all around room, dirty sofa in room, services are too slow.
Food quality is super poor (specially non-veg)
Rooms are not well maintained
All amenities are chargable I.e swimming pool , gym not available due to rusted machines .

1. We checked in at hotel @ 3:00 AM when I was going to room I noticed that outside 2rooms plates on leftover non veg is kept outside the room. After coming back at 1 pm after Darshana I noticed the same plat outside the same room. When I informed the manager I get a response “ mam we can’t go and clean always and hourly basis ”
2. Inside room the wire plug is broken
3. They have written on board free password but when you call them to check password each and every time they give different password and when you raise your voice they say they will say they will call back but they won’t.
4. On phone or on menu reception no., restaurant no and all not written
5. In kitchen everything is left open
6. Horrible food
7. The board says pure veg and multi cuisine but they serve non veg and I don’t understand why they have pure veg written
8. If you raise your voice they would call police to scare you
9. The manager doesn’t have proper communication skills
10. The funny part is the price of water bottle increases room by room. Mrp is 20 for one room they provide for 30 and for other 35 and price goes on

It was a buffet lunch, each devotee was issued a coupon for lunch. South Indian as well as North Indian dishes were available. Enough varieties were available. Food was served well, it was tasty.
They did not provide any tumbler for Rasam or Sambar. They even did not listen to our request for this. We had to empty out the tumbler of sweet dish and use it for taking Rasam!
The restaurant was spacious and neat & Clean. Hotel looks to be decent with lot of greenery around. The display board at the entrance reads as under:
"PLR Resort & Hotel, Feel the environment touch, An Environment Free Hotel, Acknowledged by Andhra Pradesh Tourism"
