Bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse, piscine agréable, spa à disposition, salle de sport complète, petit déjeuner varié. Très bon accueil.

Hôtel très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable. Une mention spéciale pour Maria à l’accueil pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Bel hôtel moderne et confortable
Après plus de 2 semaines au Kerala et avant de rentrer en Europe, ces 2 nuits nous ont permis de nous requinquer. C'est un bel hôtel moderne avec dans la chambre tout le confort auquel on peut s'attendre et surtout une excellente literie. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. Le restaurant propose un très vaste buffet avec beaucoup de spécialités locales, tant pour le petit déjeuner que pour le diner. Le seul gag concerne les licences d'alcool dans les différents bars et restaurants de l'hôtel. On peut prendre une bière au bar mais pas dans le restaurant qui jouxte, ni la transporter : on est en Inde ! A part ça nous avons bien apprécié ce magnifique hôtel que je recommande.

World of Hyatt Membership No.-587569278Z - Hyatt Dining Club PLATINUM Membership No.444721020607 - Humiliation at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum - 28th June 2026
I wish to place on record my protest and indignation at the humiliation and embarrassment meted out to my me in front of my family and worser still an act that set to vitiate, wreck, devastate and sabotage my wife's Birthday celebrations which I had planned to have in the company of my friends and family at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum.
I had called the Hyatt Regency Number at Trivandrum (0471-2581234) and also the Hyatt Dining Club Number and I had spoken to executive Ms. Hefsiba, Mr. Jithin (+91 6238600446) a week ago to plan for celebrating my Wife's Birthday at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum and I had booked a table for 4 pax (my wife, my son and my daughter and myself) for Sunday Brunch, we have enjoyed there at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum several times before. I had ordered a Birthday cake and even send the details for the message on the Cake on the WHATSAPP Business number which Mr. Jithin handles (+91 6238600446) (please find screen snapshots attached) on Monday 22nd June that I would be arriving with my family by 10:00am on 28th June and again today 28th morning before starting from home and I had called the hotel on the landline mentioned above (0471-2581234) and spoken and confirmed to Mr. Joel at the restaurant even today morning on 28th June that indeed I would be arriving by just after 11:00am. Mr.Joel confirmed and said that he had set a table which was readied and he asked when I would require the cake to be served and I had replied that i would like it to be served immediately after brunch.
But i suffered the greatest humiliation even after being a PLATINUM member of Hyatt Dining Club when i was blocked by the executives at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, Mr. Prabhakaran and Mr. Sandeep that my family and I would have to wait on an empty stomach for more than an hour beyond 12:30pm before we could be served anything at all from Brunch. I find that exceedingly odd in that - BRUNCH is supposed to be BREAKFAST and LUNCH together and what is it if we are having a meal at 12:30pm in the noon, - then it is LUNCH and NOT BRUNCH
I was outraged in that my Wife's Birthday celebration was sabotaged and her day was spoilt which is something that money cannot repair.
I am glad that I had not RENEWED my Hyatt Dining Club Membership before its expiry and this experience further proves that I should not do so.
I am a TAJ INNERCIRCLE member and also a Marriott Bonvoy (previously called Marriott Rewards) member and even with Leela Connoisseur Club and I have never experienced such indignity from the hospitality industry or anywhere.
In the current context of the hospitality industry where a customer is spoilt for choices and being a doctor who has travelled the world it is quite pathetic and deplorable that a Hotel of Global standards like Hyatt would stoop so low and destroy a family's unique and rare opportunity of celebration and coming together such as a birthday - a day once gone and gone forever
