Worst Rude Unprofessional Staff... Don't book
I had a confirmed Booking.com reservation for 1 room and 1 adult. There was no mention anywhere in the listing, policies, or booking conditions that solo travelers were not allowed. After riding nearly 300 km through heavy monsoon rain on my motorcycle, I reached the hotel around 7 PM, only to be told they would not honor my confirmed reservation.
I immediately contacted Booking.com customer support, but even after speaking to them, the hotel still refused to let me check in. A confirmed booking apparently means nothing to this property.
Instead of handling the situation professionally or showing even basic courtesy, the staff became rude, argumentative, and confrontational. Their behavior was so aggressive that I felt genuinely intimidated and decided it was better to leave than continue the confrontation.
Imagine arriving tired, soaked from rain, in an unfamiliar place after a long motorcycle ride, only to be turned away despite having a valid confirmed booking. This is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests.
If you do not accept solo travelers, clearly state that in your Booking.com listing instead of accepting reservations and abandoning guests after they arrive.

Clean and very good hotel
The rooms are clean, well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful.
Only issue is limited parking availability. If the parking is full, one has to park on the main road.

Pros -
1. It's at a walking distance from Kukke Sri Subramanya temple. The main reason for people to visit the small town of Subramanya is to visit the temple so this is the hotel's USP.
2. Staff is more or less friendly. Although only the front desk manager understands English.
3. There is covered parking in the hotel.
Cons -
1. We had booked 2 rooms in the hotel (for 3 people) through booking.com mainly because there was no triple room available for booking. When we reached the hotel and asked if they can put an extra bed in a single room, they agreed. So we cancelled our booking and booked through front desk. When we went to the room and asked for extra bed, they simply put a mattress on the floor. We asked if they can at least provide a cot and they said they have nothing. This is a first time I have seen a hotel not having an extra bed or cot.
2. The food there was terrible. We had light snack and tea and both were pathetic.
3. The wifi was there but only for the namesake. Our mobile internet on roaming was faster than their Wifi. At some spots in the room there was no signal for the Wifi at all.
4. They do not provide you any amenities. In the name of amenities you are only given towels and bathing soap. No slippers or dental hygiene kit, They did not even offer a complimentary water bottle.
