Was ok stay
Near Dal lake,
Room Spacious,
Clean and tidy,
Free snacks,
Good reception staff.
Heater and electric blanket.
Ceiling fan (spins fast)
Free WiFi (good speed)
Cons:
Hot water not available 24/7. Specific times in the morning and evening.
Near mosque so if you keep the windows open it can be noisy at certain times.
Linen old (including towels and bedsheets). No bath mat provided.
Bathroom open plan (no separate shower cubical).
Room is not serviced daily (not sure if it’s done on request, I personally don’t prefer room serviced so didn’t ask).
No luggage rack.

Flawless Hotel
- decently sized cozy rooms with electric blanket (especially required in winters) and functional washrooms
- good food quality and preparation (although I only had breakfast here)
- courteous staff and claen property
- Dal Lake at walking distance
- Chinar Garden at walking distance
- Multiple famous eateries/restaurants are near by
Few points which can be improved:
- limited options in buffet breakfast
- Hot water in bathrooms are available only for 3hrs in morning and 3hrs in evening
While on vacation, you don’t want to stuck with time and not everyone will want to take bath by 10am in morning

I m enjoying my trip with sweet memories with hotel pacific.staff is very helpful and the rooms are very nice,we had a great stay at hotel pacific
